At the Van Hooser Lab at Brandeis University, I worked on scientific computing infrastructure for large 2-photon microscopy datasets.

- Designed APIs for processing 100GB+ datasets in a more scalable and maintainable way.
- Improved ROI extraction performance by about 90 percent.
- Helped reduce end-to-end latency in downstream analysis workflows.
